Return Policy

SKHOOP Return Policy

  • Returns must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn & in 100% saleable condition.
  • All tags must be attached to the garment
  • Payment confirmation paperwork must accompany the return. This paperwork was auto emailed to you at the time of purchase.
  • Once the returned garment is received we will process the refund within 10-12 business days.
    The refund is awarded to the original credit card of purchase only. We do not offer store credit.
  • We do not offer refunds on sale items.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • All garments are subject to inspection. Any item that fails to meet the required return standards mentioned above will be sent
    back to the customer.
  • We do not process exchanges. If another size or style is desired please return the unwanted item for a refund and purchase the desired item online.
