SKHOOP Return Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on SKHOOP Outlet items.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • All returns must receive prior authorization, please email us at info@skhoop.us 
  • Returns must be initiated within 21 days of the purchase date.
  • All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn & in 100% saleable condition.
  • All tags must be attached to the garment
  • Return paperwork must accompany the return. This paperwork will be emailed to once you initiate the return process with the SKHOOP team.
  • Once the returned garment is received we will process the refund within 10 business days. 
  • The refund is awarded to the original credit card of purchase only. We do not offer store credit.
  • All garments are subject to inspection. Any item that fails to meet the required return standards mentioned above will be sent back to the customer.
  • We do not process exchanges. If another size or style is desired please return the unwanted item for a refund and purchase the desired item online.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer free return shipping.  Please note that SKHOOP is not responsible for your package until it has been signed in at our warehouse.  We recommend that you mail your return using a carrier that provides you with a tracking number.
